Final task 

Learning objectives 

Students work in a team to present ideas and opinions about the benefits of physical activity, based on their own research and other sources they have used

Students communicate their opinions about the issue of physical activity, based on the sources they have used and created.

Students in each group will pick the 4 most important physical activities and draw it on a white piece of paper and stick it on the spider diagram poster

The recording from the experiment will be used to create a graph to prove their hypothesis exercise increases their heart rate.
