15.3 Back-to-back stem-and-leaf diagrams

Objectives:

By the end of this lesson, we will be able to :

  •  Create and interpret back-to-back stem-and-leaf diagrams to compare two sets of data.
  • compare two sets of data and identify similarities and differences between them. By placing the stems of the two sets of data side by side, it becomes easy to compare the distribution, central tendency, and variability of the data.
